“Brandon our technician was excellent and the overall experience w/Lake Appliance repair was the same. I was notified of Brandon’s arrival on the first visit and then again on the second to finish the repair.
Both times he arrived as expected, and completed the work in a very timely fashion. Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very respectful. You can tell the technicians are well trained on both the customer facing soft skills, and the machine based hard skills.
When appliance repair can be a bit like playing russian roulette, this was so the opposite. I’m glad I can say with confidence I’ve found the service we’ll use from here on.”
